Joel Miller is Vice President and Project Manager for Frontier Mechanical Systems, Inc. His 20 years of experience include all phases of construction administration, project management, design and construction from the initial programming stages through post construction evaluation. As project manager, his skills and responsibilities include developing the project scope and design, managing project resources and coordinating construction efforts, as well as meeting design schedules, budgets, and representing clients during the review and negotiation of construction costs.
